Craig Coward


    After graduating from Texas State University with a BBA in Business Management, Craig started his career in the commercial office products business as a sales consultant. It was there where he learned the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. He was soon promoted to sales management, followed by an opportunity to become Executive Vice President for one of the largest commercial furniture dealerships in Houston, Texas. After several years of success in that position, he was offered the position of President of the largest distributor in Michigan.

    Recently, Craig has held the position of Area Director for the Southeastern United States. Throughout his career, Craig has demonstrated his ability to understand the needs of the customer and instill those values with all the employees he has been associated with. BWC Healthcare is no exception. Under Craig’s leadership, the value of listening and doing everything possible to satisfy the client’s needs comes first.

Rosa Coward

Vice President of Operations

    After graduating from college, Rosa started her career in the financial management business where she held several management positions.

    Rosa took a break from her career to be a full time Mom to her two children, but missed the business world enough to return as an executive administrator with a Houston based custom home builder. Her interactions with vendors and customers once again gave her the opportunity to illustrate her skills in communication, organization and customer satisfaction.

BWC Healthcare was founded by Craig and Rosa Coward after their granddaughter was diagnosed with autism at age 3.

They witnessed the frustration experienced by their son in his search for the right service resource for his daughter. After selecting the Consumer Directed Service waiver program, acquiring services and the process of managing those resources became much easier.

In developing BWC Healthcare, the mission was clear. Be a resource where families and individuals can access information on services available for family members with learning and/or physical disabilities.



BWC will provide accurate and timely financial services for our clients and, when possible, will adapt our process to meet the specific needs of our client.
We will be a resource for information on services available for those individuals who require assistance in caring for themselves.
